From how Sarbanes-Oxley has affected my company, it doesn't actually seem to have tightened up many loopholes or done much of anything but generate paperwork and employment for a bunch of accountants.

But I will fully admit that I am far from the heart of it and tend to only see the trickle-down affects.

Now, if someone wanted to take down No Child Left Behind, I would really be all over that shit.
