If that was really the entirety, then you were very kind, and it was probably the agent's favourite call, too. I used to work on the phone and the short calls were the best, not only for the call handling stats but just to clear the goddamn clog.

It was the entirety of the call, yes :-). I assumed all they needed was the number of calls, not a prolonged discussion. And my though my rep asked for my name and address, my senators didn't :-).
