What's the point of a revolution without general copulation?

Oh, I don't think Gwen would really want it, either for herself or her family - but I do think it's the kind of thing that would be immediately tempting before you thought it through. And I certainly think that between Gwen and Rex and whoever was there to shoot the spy-woman, and possibly anyone who thinks to ask how Rex survived the Blessing in the first place, the secret should come out, and end up with Jack being tortured for a while. ("should" as in, the narrative and the general mood of Torchwood demands it).
