What's the point of a revolution without general copulation?

Awww. That is one gentle, loving doggie! One often sees humans playing with dogs like that (gentle teasing, playful awareness of how to keep the fun going safely) but it's weird/endearing to see a dog so... thoughtfully romping with a baby human. Nose lick, dash off, dodge just close enough, dash off, lay down, dash off again. I know absolutely nothing about dog breeds, but collies must be verrah smart. Or possibly it's herding instincts? IDK. ADORBS.
