...that Samuel was still alive because they'd read Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None (or saw a movie version), raise your hand.

Everybody who guessed that the black guy wasn't going to make it out alive, raise your hand.

Everybody who was surprised that they killed off the only woman almost immediately, so that the entire episode could be Boys Only, stand on your head.

And ... everybody who's burning with disappointment over the lack of a Sam/Dean equivalent of the Mulder-and-Scully-inspect-each-other's-necks scene in Ice, raise your hand.

I do expect to see plenty of vids with that shot of everyone with their fingers in their ears, though.

I am comforted by how, of the twentysome ep reactions I have read, very few had anything but anger at Gwen's and Rufus's deaths.
