I was thinking more along the lines of the ridiculous punchline to to-do lists (such as Rumsfeld's foreign policy to-do list in the email):

"I have to finish this project by Tuesday, and now my boss wants me to also draw up a new plan for X and I have to call the plumber because the sink is clogged and I don't know when I'll have time to find a birthday present for mum. And Korea doesn't seem to be going well."

To poke fun at your own sense of "Woe is me, I have too many problems to solve and too much to dooooooo!"
