They literally refrigerated the heroine.
The plot also - did not make sense. The singing did ... what now?
On the bright side, the fish were cute, and I did appreciate the Peter Pan homage. (I guess the Whoverse is really fond of Peter Pan, for obvious reasons - there was the clap-if-you-believe-in-fairies moment in Season 3, and this time we had the shark). Also, I enjoyed the Doctor's warning that if the guy didn't kiss the girl, he'd find himself fiddling with a screwdriver. Hee.
