Turns out there are a bunch on YouTube, including a documentary in four parts called "Dangerous Companions" (warning: not everything in the documentary turns out happy). Anyway, I've just been obsessed with watching these things. The guy, Kevin Richardson, owns an animal reserve in South Africa, and the lions you see are ones he raised from the time they were cubs.

Here are a couple of favorites, but I recommend you search his name and watch all of them:
