Day 5 - A vid everyone should see at least once



I tortured myself over this one, because there are so many amazing "classic" vids that are justifiably famous and that everyone definitely should see - and probably has seen - at least once.

And then other people doing this meme kept rec'ing vids that I was planning to rec, and finally I threw up my hands and said you know what? I've rec'd it at least a dozen times in various spaces, but halcyon_shift's Dark Angel vid, Big City Life, is one of my favorite vids of all time, one of the most beautiful vids I've ever seen, and never fails to move me no matter how many times I watch it.

So everyone should totally watch that vid.

For me that link went to a site that started trying to install malware. So either she has a problem or I do!

Yeah, it did that for me too. I should tell her about it. I found that if I went back to the page a second time it was fine, but yeah, it's weird.

Just got an email from here - she shut the site down but there's a link now where you can download individual vids.

I love that vid. It's one of just a few pieces of DA fannishness I have saved to my hard drive.

And I agree that there should be more awesomeness for DA. I just watched it for the first time last summer after getting hooked on SPN, and I haven't found much fic to connect with, and only a few vids.

Yeah, there really isn't that much good fic. musesfool has some short Max/Alec, but there isn't all that much.
