I've been rewatching selected S5 episodes and I really, really need the fic where Sam and Dean run into the cool woman psychiatrist from "Sam, Interrupted" (who was totally real in her first scene with Dean), and of course she thinks they're bonkers and they think she's a demon, but eventually it's all sorted out and she learns that monsters are real and ends up continuing her ordinary practice but also providing discreet therapy services to people who have been traumatized by the supernatural.
