Third Circuit "sexting" case hears oral argument. Basically, a friend of some teenage girls took pics of them wearing underwear and/or a towel, somehow the photos got in the hands of teen boys who emailed them around, and it all ended up with the girls - but not the boys because, in the views of the DA, boys will be boys - being ordered to attend "reeducation" class on "what it means to be a girl" to avoid prosecution for child pornography.

And despite the heartening quote from Judge Ambro at the end of the article, I really just have one question: Is there a woman judge on that three-judge panel?
