On his 100th day in office, Barack Obama enjoys high job approval ratings, no matter what poll you consult. But if a new survey by the New York Times is accurate, the president and some of his policies are significantly less popular with white Americans than with black Americans, and his sky-high ratings among African-Americans make some of his positions appear a bit more popular overall than they actually are.
Yes, the illusory black people are falsely inflating Obama's popularity rating.

Bright side, Ken "I lie to shareholders like a great big lying thing that lies" Lewis is out as Chair of Bank of America. He's now only a member of the Board of Directors, president and CEO.

For those of you who have been paying more attention to Dreamwidth policies than I have ... once open beta starts, I don't have to, like, do anything, right? I mean, I can buy a paid account, but I can also just continue on as is, yes, and ignore everything else? Because I plan to figure out paid accounts eventually and import from LJ and everything, but I don't have time right now.
