Mmm, Mounds bars! I am sad that our local drugstore didn't have Mounds bars; perhaps I will walk to the further-away-store and see if they have any.

I have never purchased a full bar - my experience is totally with miniatures. But I find that almond joy miniatures are fine because there's only one almond, right on top, and you can easily pick it off and voila! All illusion of healthiness is eliminated.

I like the miniature Mounds bars best, but I'll eat almond joys too!

We have miniature Twix bars (personal weakness, sigh) and Reeses, but we might need more -- since this is our first Halloween here, I dunno how many kids trick or treat here. We do have little pumpkin LED lights outside, and a glow in the dark skeleton, so the kids will know we're here :)

See, that's the thing - I usually only get four or five groups of kids, maybe 3-4 kids each, which means I have way too much chocolate (if that's even possible!), but I always live in fear that I'll be left in the lurch. Also, I like being able to offer a variety, even if many of the kids are too young to even know how to make a selection.

There is no chocolate to be seen in my office. I feel deprived.

As for the kids, I don't like Halloween on the weekend because I get too many adult kids who aren't even in costume. This year I may turn off my lights at 8:30 or so and go out...

See, I wouldn't mind older kids not in costume because all of it is an excuse for me to buy candy :-).
